About Us

The Hawthorne Square Community website was begun in late 2021 by a group of Hawthorne Square condo owners. At the April 13, 2022, annual meeting the Hawthorne Square Community Association membership voted to adopt support of the website.

The goals of the website are:

1. To foster a sense of community in Hawthorne Square through the website and activities in the community
2. To provide a convenient information resource including a resident directory, rules and regulations, registration forms, essential contact information, the master deed, bylaws, meeting minutes, financials, etc.
3. To provide a platform for fast and effective communication among residents, the board, and the property manager through contact forms, resident alerts, and a community forum
